From a Humble Counter to a Rooted Destination
The story of Sakallı began in 1945 at a small tradesmen’s eatery in Bodrum’s Çarşı. Our purpose has never changed: daily, fresh and honest food.
Over the years Bodrum grew and changed — but our pot dishes, olive-oil meze and the catch of the day kept cooking with the same care. Today, in the hands of the third generation, we carry the flavor of the past into the future.
We see our guests not as customers but as friends at our table. That is why we don’t take reservations and welcome everyone with the same warmth.
